Contract for Shahid Hasan Memorial Taraqqi Foundation-Funded Library

• 1. This contract will be valid for 5-years from the date of signing the same.
• 2. The library will provide space to study for both girls (at least 10) and boys (at least 20), all the time.
• 3. Library will be available to use for all the members of the community all through the year irrespective of all sorts of natural differences among people.
• 4. There will be security for everyone and specially the girl-student users including, but not limited to, CCTV cameras in the room for both girls and boys, and cameras in the common areas including the entrance of library with continuous recording and at least 5 TB memory space.
• 5. The local library manager will ensure the provision of high-speed internet either through the cable or otherwise to have unlimited internet every day.
• 6. The library manager will ensure the provision of uninterrupted electricity preferably with Solar system or a valid electricity connection AND functioning inverter, and the bills will be paid by the local library manager.
• 7. The library manager/ his representative will ensure a person is PRESENT ALL THE TIME for the working hours of library as librarian.
• 8. For the next 5 years the local management will charge a membership fee lower than the current, prevailing fee in the market. The upper limit at present is 300 rupees per month for boys and 200 rupees for girls.
• 9. The Foundation will not ask for any monetary benefit from this funding.
• 10. The local library manager/team should be willing to share the strategy of day-to-day running the library when asked by the Taraqqi Library Committee team.
• 11. The local library manager/ team should be ready to give access to the online live CCTV footage of the library to at least one Taraqqi Library Committee team member.
• 12. The local team is ready to write फाउंडेशन समर्थित लाइब्रेरी” on the plaque at the front of the library.
• 13. The local library manager/ team should display this contract in the library for public.

शाहिद हसन स्मारक तरक़्क़ी फाउंडेशन वित्त पोषित पुस्तकालय के लिए अनुबंध

• 1. यह अनुबंध हस्ताक्षर करने की तिथि से 5 वर्ष के लिए वैध होगा।
• 2. पुस्तकालय लड़कियों (कम से कम 10) और लड़कों (कम से कम 20) दोनों को हर समय पढ़ने के लिए जगह उपलब्ध कराएगा।
• 3. पुस्तकालय लोगों के बीच सभी प्रकार के प्राकृतिक मतभेदों के बावजूद पूरे वर्ष समुदाय के सभी सदस्यों के उपयोग के लिए उपलब्ध रहेगा।
• 4. सभी के लिए और विशेष रूप से लड़की-छात्र उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए सुरक्षा होगी, लेकिन यह इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं है, लड़कियों और लड़कों दोनों के लिए कमरे में सीसीटीवी कैमरे, और पुस्तकालय के प्रवेश द्वार सहित सामान्य क्षेत्रों में लगातार कैमरे रिकॉर्डिंग और कम से कम 5 TB मेमोरी स्पेस के साथ।
• 5. स्थानीय पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक केबल के माध्यम से या अन्य विधि से हर दिन असीमित इंटरनेट के लिए हाई-स्पीड इंटरनेट का प्रावधान सुनिश्चित करेगा।
• 6. पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक अधिमानतः सौर प्रणाली या वैध बिजली कनेक्शन और कार्यशील इन्वर्टर के साथ निर्बाध बिजली का प्रावधान सुनिश्चित करेगा, और बिलों का भुगतान स्थानीय पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक द्वारा किया जाएगा।
• 7. पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक/उसका प्रतिनिधि यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि एक व्यक्ति पुस्तकालय के कामकाजी घंटों के दौरान लाइब्रेरियन के रूप में हर समय मौजूद रहे।
• 8. अगले 5 वर्षों के लिए स्थानीय प्रबंधन बाजार में प्रचलित शुल्क से कम सदस्यता शुल्क लेगा। वर्तमान में ऊपरी सीमा लड़कों के लिए 300 रुपये प्रति माह और लड़कियों के लिए 200 रुपये है।
• 9. फाउंडेशन इस फंडिंग से कोई मौद्रिक लाभ नहीं मांगेगा।
• 10. तरक़्क़ी फाउंडेशन पुस्तकालय समिति टीम द्वारा पूछे जाने पर स्थानीय पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक/टीम को पुस्तकालय को दिन-प्रतिदिन चलाने की रणनीति साझा करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
• 11. स्थानीय पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक/टीम को कम से कम एक तरक़्क़ी फाउंडेशन पुस्तकालय समिति टीम के सदस्य को पुस्तकालय के ऑनलाइन लाइव सीसीटीवी फुटेज तक पहुंच देने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए।
• 12. स्थानीय टीम लाइब्रेरी के सामने पट्टिका पर " तरक़्क़ी फाउंडेशन समर्थित लाइब्रेरी" लिखने के लिए तैयार है।
• 13. स्थानीय पुस्तकालय प्रबंधक/टीम को इस अनुबंध को जनता के लिए पुस्तकालय में प्रदर्शित करना चाहिए।
