Our mission is to empower the youth of our community in India, specially the girls, with informed decisions regarding their education opportunities; guide them through the employment opportunities, and find demand-based vocational courses for those in need.
हमारा मिशन भारत में हमारे समाज के युवाओं, विशेष रूप से लड़कियों को शिक्षा के अवसरों के बारे में श्रेष्ठ निर्णय लेने, रोजगार के अवसरों के माध्यम से उनका मार्गदर्शन करने और समाज के जरूरतमंद व्यक्तियों के लिए समयनुसार व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में परामर्श देकर सशक्त बनाना है।
Vision
When youth have opportunity of education, and the hope and dignity of employment, they can reshape their future, in the process contributing positively to the community, the country and the world as well.
जब युवाओं को शिक्षा का अवसर और रोजगार की आशा और गरिमा मिलती है, तो वे अपने भविष्य को नया आकार दे सकते हैं, और इस प्रक्रिया में समाज, देश और दुनिया के लिए भी सकारात्मक योगदान दे सकते हैं।
Brief History
Beginning as a WhatsApp group in March 2020 was a modest start for the foundation. Bring together people from diverse educational and social backgrounds with the sole motive of guiding the next generation to lead a respectable, responsible and fulfilling life through education and employment the Foundation slowly took its shape it has today. Initially it was registered as MJF Trust in April 2021 and is evolving with each passing day.
To better align with the stated mission and vision among the other things, the Trust was renamed as Taraqqi Foudation in August 2025 followed by re-registration with the new name in November 2025.
मार्च 2020 में एक व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप के रूप में इसकी शुरुआत इस फाउंडेशन के लिए एक साधारण शुरुआत थी। विविध शैक्षिक और सामाजिक पृष्ठभूमि के लोगों को एक साथ लाकर, अगली पीढ़ी को शिक्षा और रोजगार के माध्यम से एक सम्मानजनक, जिम्मेदार और संपूर्ण जीवन जीने के लिए मार्गदर्शन करने के एकमात्र उद्देश्य से, फाउंडेशन ने धीरे-धीरे अपना वर्तमान स्वरूप ग्रहण किया। शुरुआत में इसे अप्रैल 2021 में एमजेएफ ट्रस्ट के रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया था और यह हर गुजरते दिन के साथ विकसित हो रहा है।
अन्य बातों के अलावा, घोषित मिशन और विजन के साथ बेहतर तालमेल बिठाने के लिए, अगस्त 2025 में ट्रस्ट का नाम बदलकर तरक्की फाउंडेशन कर दिया गया और नवंबर 2025 में नए नाम के साथ पुनः पंजीकरण किया गया।

डॉ. वाजिद (MBBS, MD, DNB, MRCPCH) एक बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ हैं, जिनकी जड़ें उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर के एक छोटे से गांव से हैं। उन्हें शिक्षा और रोजगार के ज़रिए समाज में एक अच्छा बदलाव लाने का जुनून है, खासकर लड़कियों के लिए। उनका पक्का मानना है कि गांव के लोगों में वाचनालय/लाइब्रेरी बनाकर शिक्षा का विकेन्द्रीकरण एक बड़ा परिवर्तक होगा।
सामाजिक कामों के अलावा, डॉ. वाजिद को खुद को बेहतर बनाने, इतिहास, टेक्नोलॉजी और वित्तीय साक्षरता के बारे में पढ़ना पसंद है।

Dr. Riyasat Ali has been working as a cancer scientist at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, USA. Previously, Dr. Ali worked at the University of Houston, Houston, Texas, and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, USA. Other than his academic subject and research, Dr. Ali loves working for the cause of education, empowerment, upliftment of society, and communal harmony. Dr. Ali is fond of knowing and understanding history, religions, and cultures.
Dr. Sahil Chaudhary
About Dr. Sahil
Dr. Sahil Chaudhary is an Environmental Risk Scientist and Toxicologist with a PhD in Zoology, Specializing in Environmental Toxicology. He is currently working in the Agrochemical and Crop Protection industry, contributing to research and practices that support safer uses of Agrochemical in Agriculture and Public Health. He holds an M.Sc. in Toxicology and a Bachelor’s degree from Jamia Hamdard. Originally from Sher Nagar, Muzaffarnagar and Now based in Delhi, Dr. Sahil Chaudhary is actively involved in the Taraqqi Foundation’s social development initiatives, working with a commitment to community welfare and sustainable progress.
Jawed Husain
About Jawed
Jawed Husain, a retired Sub-Inspector from the Delhi Police, is a humble person who dedicated decades of service to maintaining law and order with integrity and discipline. His exemplary performance and commitment to duty earned him prestigious police medal, which was conferred upon him by the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, on 16th February 2024, in recognition of his outstanding service.
Following his retirement, Mr. Husain works passionately to promote learning opportunities, mentor young minds, and support initiatives that empower underprivileged students to achieve their potential.

Shahrukh Chaudhary
About Shahrukh
Shahrukh Chaudhary is a Senior Consultant Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Jamia Hamdard University. Currently He is practising physiotherapy in New Delhi. Originally from Makhyali, Muzaffarnagar.
His journey in social work goes back to the Muzaffarnagar riots, Covid Pandemic and during the North East Delhi riots, he was actively involved in the rehabilitation of patients.
As Volunteer of the Taraqqi Foundation, he has worked on rural education, career counselling, and library initiatives.
“My happiness is serving humanity till my last breath,” he says.

Growing up in Kaserwa, a village in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, Shamshad witnessed how access to learning can open doors and change lives, which inspired him to become part of a movement that promotes equal opportunities for all. He is working to inspire young minds, help remove financial barriers, and motivate students to dream beyond limitations. Through his work, he aims to contribute to building a society where every child — regardless of gender or background — has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. He is proud of being associated with the Taraqqi Foundation as the organization is working to achieve the same.

Shiba Chaudhary is an accomplished professional with an M.Tech degree from Jamia Millia Islamia and over five years of experience in the field of data analytics, currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst in a multinational company. She brings a diverse portfolio that extends beyond analytics to include event management, public speaking, and teaching data analysis as well as English communication. Born in the village of Asara, Baghpat, and raised in Delhi-NCR, Shiba is a passionate advocate for women’s education and empowerment. She is deeply committed to guiding and inspiring women to excel in their personal and professional lives.
